    Perfect on a Sunday! Delicious!!

In a highly competitive crisp market it’s a pleasure to discover a brand that not only delivers an excellent crisp that lives up to it’s title being deliciously crispy while being a perfect thickness and size. The flavour is what really does it and when you think roast chicken this really does what it says on the packet. I am pleased to say that these crisps, in the well designed packaging conjuring up images of “old school” memories and the way we think good food used to taste, has now become my all time favourite brand. It appears that competition is not all bad because if this is an example, things only get better!

I’ve got to say if I was served these crisps for my sunday lunch then I certainly wouldn’t be disappointed…It might be a little difficult to eat them with a knife and fork though!!

I have just eaten my favourite all time crisp whilst sat in the sunshine (yes it did one day this August) I was transported back to my childhood – sat at the table with my parents waiting for sunday lunch – that wonderful roast chicken smell, as it just comes out of the oven. This is no ordinary crisp – this is the master of crisps – the crunch – the aroma – the flavour – the boss – the leader – the CEO – Miss Universe of crisps – BAFTA – Supermodel – the OSCAR winner, are you looking at me type of crisp. On behalf of crisp lovers everywhere I would like to accept this award for the best ever crisp, I laugh in the face of other weaker – stale – attempts.

I have just partaken of a packet of your Sunday Best Roast Chicken flavour crisps and have to say the taste made me think that the chicken was freshly caught put in the pot and the juices basted over your potatoes within the last couple of days.
A true taste of Sunday dinners I used to have many years ago. Thanks for the memory!

Sunday Best Roast Chicken: As the bag opens, the aroma tantalises. My mouth waters in anticipation… The first bite, crispily crunchy, shatters then melts. Then the flavour! REAL roast chicken, the way it used to taste: succulent, buttery, a subtle hint of herb. Satisfying in more than one sense, these crisps are sheer perfection. Thank you, Tyrrells!

  12. Andrew Maddison

FINALLY, a “Roast Chicken” flavour crisps that hasn’t got either a totally overpowering chicken gravy granule flavour, or an overpowering herb flavour… They just a taste like real roast chicken – which is exactly what flavours these crisps, according to the ingredients! Absolutely delicious!

  13. Matthew-Derek

I am a mum of two daughters who are already at the age 4 and 1 years are highly opionated on their food so have affectionately earnt the names of winner and wallace (michael winner and greg wallace) amongst the family, when I opened these crisps during our jubilee celebrations they went down a treat with my food critics which trust me is high praise indeed………..we are now currently sitting at home on the sofa enjoying a sneaky packet whilst winner and wallace are snoring in bed…. YUMMY BLISS!

  15. Amanda Dowdall

These are SO SCRUMMY!!! It’s a really refreshing change to find a ‘Roast Chicken’ flavour crisp that actually tastes of roast chicken. These wonderful crisps are bathed in a mouth-watering blend of herbs, spices and special Tyrrell-tastic flavours that create a yummy toothsome experience for the taste-buds. They reminded me of Sunday dinners from my childhood when everything was bigger and better and roast chicken was an occasional treat…..but the best thing about them is that my local supermarket sells them every day of the week!

  16. Gloria Wilding

WOW! I’ve had my fair share of chicken flavoured crisps as its my favourite flavour, but these are on another level of delicious-ness!!! As soon as you open the packet and take a sniff, it smells and tastes just like your Sunday roast chicken dinner. So herb’y, chicken’y, mouthwatering and addictive!

  19. crystal coombes

  20. Claire Harris

I am sure everyone here claims to be a crisp lover, why else would we write a review? Well I would call my love of crisps a serious addiction. I am a crispaholic…..That out the way I can begin my review. Chicken crisps, been done before, so I thought I would try and see if this would clearly out ranks other brands in this flavour. I was not disappointed, the first crunch told me all i needed to know. My mouth was rewarded by an explosion of flavour which left me only wanting more, which upset me massively as I “tried to be good” and bought one packet, Foolish. It wasn’t just the chicken flavour that overwhelms, its the taste of herbs mixed with it and just the right amount of saltiness and crunchy, crispy delight!! You might find this somewhat over the top, but like i said, I’m a crispaholic!

I bought Tyrrells Sunday best roast chicken Crips in search of a tastebud tingling and unusual flavoured snack and to my delight I was granted all of these things in one bag. They are the tastiest and probably the most guilt free crisps I`ve ever eaten and I am now completely addicted to them.
